Yeah babies.

I really really love kids! Not that I want them now in this age, but I really find kids adorable and cute, especially babies. Maybe it's the kid in me that enjoys talking to them or playing with them. It's just so weird, that nowadays, when someone sees, let's say a teenager or someone in early 20's with a kid, people actually think that it's their own kid. I mean, that's the first thing that comes to their mind, not a sibling, or a pamangkin, but their own kid.

Like last Saturday night, I was with my cousin, her friend, and her friend's pamangkin, Omeng. Even if he's a total brat, he's really adorable. He's a cam whore, he loves starbucks, and he's only 5 years old. Haha. He even hugged me and he told me he loved me. Uhh.. but he says words like 'damn' and 'stupid', and he's only a little boy. Hmm parents should really be careful on what their kids watch on the telly. I still find him adorable though :)

Anyway, since I'm older than the 2 girls, for some reason when we went to Starbucks, the barista automatically assumed that I'm the mom! I dunno if it's an isolated case, or I'm just really presumptuous, but according to my cousin's friend she was also mistaken for Omeng's mom before.

Not that I have anything against young moms, it's even better that they did not resort to abortion. I really think that it takes a lot of maturity for someone to take care of a baby or a kid, because you start to think of someone else other than yourself. It's also a LOT of responsibility.

Speaking of young moms, few weeks ago, I attended to the christening of my high school busmate's second child. She's only a batch higher than me, a mom in her early 20's. I'm a ninang, haha. Baby Nathan is my third inaanak :)

So for the meantime, since I really love kids but I'm still too young to have them, guess I'll just have to settle playing with babies not of my own. :p
