Yes, we’re halfway through the year already! Whoah. Six months had been a breeze. I’m raving about a lot of things this month, here goes some of them:
1. Mango Sale – Yes, I'm a big fan of shops on sale, whether it's Mango or whatever shop it maybe. But I was definitely looking forward MNG's mid year sale. I rummaged, I lined up, I waited till 10PM on the first day of sale..and I got all the stuff that I wanted. Hooooraay!
2. Start of UAAP – I'm a fan of UAAP! I swear, nothing beats school spirit. I love the rush of energy during the games when I watch at Araneta especially when the game's against La Salle. And I really love it when we win. I just hate getting tickets! And it's also nice to see familiar faces during the games, old classmates, college friends, and even other friends who studied in La Salle. Apparently, I still haven't gotten over my UAAP phase even though it's been a year already since I graduated Ateneo. I don't think I ever will. Oh well, I hope I get tickets on this weekend's game. *One big fight*
3. The OC season 2 – I finally finished the whole season. I watched the last 8 episodes yesterday with Len. Imagine, almost 8 hours in front of the television, burning my DVD player. I can't wait for season 3. Goodie!
4. My Haircut – I actually got mine last month, but what the heck, I'm still raving about it. Haha. I finally had the courage to let go of my long hair, it's still long actually, but not as long as before. Had about 4 inches cut off? Something like that. It's sooo hard to manage long hair. Before I got my cut, well for people who had seen me, or from the pictures in previous entries, that was my longest hair EVER. I've never really grown my hair that long, not when I was in grade school, or college, and definitely not when I was in high school where I used to get a cut twice a month.
5. Harry Potter – The next book is finally coming out this month! I'm finally catching up my reading. The last book I read was book 4, which was way way back, and my favorite in the series, I got so frustrated with the long wait for the next that I didn't even bother finishing book 5, Order of the Phoenix when it came out. It's just now that I'm trying to read it again because the next one's coming out this month. I've always had a really bad memory so when the next book comes out, the details of previous events would still be fresh to me.
